Attracting Abundance – Pigs Can Fly

Posted in Attracting Abundance

I haven’t been able to spend as much time on my favorite spiritual forum lately, Powerful Intentions. I’m getting busy with so other things. It’s a bit bittersweet, I love going there & contributing, but I have less time for it because there are other things I need to spend more time on. Like coaching my kids hockey teams, and I’m taking on more personal coaching responsibilities with our clients, and our Sue and Steve business is moving up a notch in fun, and it’s providing some of the same interaction that Powerful Intentions has been bringing me.

Nothing is Impossible. Pigs can fly.

Attracting Abundance Flying Pig

Look Martha, it's a Flying Pig

When Sue and I first started out, we just believed that we could get where we wanted to go, just by believing in it strongly enough. We decided that we would test this concept and ourselves, that we learned from the Secret and youtube vids of Abraham’s moments. I love the ten minute Youtube chunks because it gives me just enough of a new lesson to chew on and then put into my life.

What I couldn’t know was how many layers of resistance I personally would need to slice through, to find my power. When you’re wondering if it’s possible to do something, anything, that right there is one layer of resistance. If you’re doubting something can happen, like pigs can fly, you’re telling yourself you don’t believe a thing can happen. And if you’re like me, there are literally hundreds of doubts that come up, each requiring some technique or energy to slice through. But the resistance dissipates faster every time we find a new technique that works for us, in that moment. I don’t know about you, but I absolutely loved EFT, when I first tried it, and it worked like a charm to help me cut out a few habits. But I’m no longer drawn to it. That doesn’t mean EFT doesn’t work. It just means I probably need a different technique to slice through a different layer of resistance.

Of all the techniques I have tried, to bring myself closer to my truest most authentic self, John Assaraf’s Brain Training has been a very huge ride. One thing in particular is that I don’t know what is going to happen. Sue and I have both been through lots of ups and downs since we started the Brain Training. It’s also been a great way for us to reconnect as a married couple, and John has also given us a level of responsibility that we feel very blessed to have been offered. We get to talk to people about the Brain Training in a private forum with ONLY people that have bought and are using the program. The comments people are leaving are nothing short of spectacular.

So when you decide to believe 100% that the pigs in your life can fly, it’s a weird, wonderful state of mind. And if you’re all alone with no sense of community or shared faith in this “pigs can fly belief,” well it can feel like petty much anyone is ready to ridicule, denigrate, or tar and feather you. And you gotta be strong like Gandhi, to allow those people over there to do whatever they need to do along their path. Allow them to have their beliefs, as radically different as they are from yours. There is nothing to be gained by trying to get someone to see your light. They’ve got to find their own.

You must be willing to know this “secret”, and live with it and not doubt it. And it’s not easy for everyone. In fact the resistances we feel can wreak all kinds of havoc while we learn to accept that pigs can fly. But it gets easier the more you push yourself out of your comfort zone.

I can’t tell you that “my way,” is right for you, nor could I say anyone else’s way is right for you. I can’t even in good conscience tell you that Abraham’s way is exactly what you need. Everyone has to define their own path, they have to know that they can handle a wrong turn along the way, and they have to be prepared for the adventure much like a dog can piss on the very same flower he stops to smell the next day. All your experiences matter, they’re all for you to learn from. And you can learn from any of them. The toughest, most grueling moments in our lives, are also usually the best teachers. Don’t be scared to throw yourself into situations that scare the living daylights out of you. That’s exactly what you did when you made a choice to come here on this planet, and live in one of these body thingys.

You CAN handle ANYTHING, when you know pigs can fly. You are bulletproof.

I love this journey and all of you friends so very much.

What are the dog and dolphin saying to each other? Is this LOVE? Do they know they are different animals? Are they sharing their thoughts with God?

Steve
