I lost 25 pounds in 4 months, by going to the disco every night to dance to Micheal Jackson’s “Off the Wall” and anything else the DJ would play. Before that record, I never went to discos, I was a musicians that thought disco music was kind of evil, and bad for “music.” Turned out I was wrong, just one of many mistakes in my life, that turned out to be great for me.
