There comes a point in your Internet business when there is just too much to handle on your own. We’ve reached that point and know that it’s time to find some help.

I’m personally very happy with this particular tipping point, because I know as we grow, we need the qualified specialists to handle the things that are not getting done as well as they should be.

The ability to manage people, is such an important skill for any business owner. I remember this thing I read once that the whole purpose of a business is to make it so efficient that you put yourself out of a job and then have a perfectly running business… to sell!
