100 Gospel Piano licks in the key of “G”

The guy I learned the most about playing keyboards from, was Robbie King. I humbly dedicate this track to the wonderful stuff I got to watch him do. I’m good, but this guy is a master!

Showtime in the main lounge… This is my friend Robbie, playing and pontificating.

and then there are 6 more interview clips of him on YouTube (thanks Ray). I have a strange Taxi connection with him as well. He actually played the organ track on a Supremes hit, Stop, in the Name of Love. The guest speaker at the last Taxi Rally that I attended, was Lamont Dozier, who co-wrote that song. For some reason those 2 people from my life knowing each other, makes me feel more connected as a musician.
