I joined another music forum. It’s full of incredibly interesting and different people from me. Sometimes they’re even hostile to l’il ole me. I ain’t scared to notice the contrast in humanity anymore tho. Kim started a thread about chokers, songs that get you choked up when you hear them. What a great idea! And then it occurred to me that we could do it here too. I like to promote things that make people feel good.

Sue is (was?) a big fan of American Idol. Me not so much. It feels like part of the dumbing down of the music business. Anything that promotes overnite sensations in the music business, always raises one of my eyebrows. I guess that’s because I never got to be an overnite success? Haha

This performance, to me is an undeniable choker. David Archuleta is just fabulous in this song. Tender, authentic, emotional and BELIEVABLE. Thanks Stevo.
