Prosperity Game ~ $196,000 Ocean View / Front Yard
5 Comments June 2, 2009 / Posted in Prosperity Game by Steve.I’m loving this game so much. Keeping up with spending is very demanding. Wow, I never knew how tough wealthy people have it! BUT I’M HAPPY GETTING USED TO IT! Today I finally got around to spending $25,000. I think I’ll just lump the last few days of May, and put a down payment on that big ole mansion down below here. $26,000 + $27,000 + $28,000 + $29,000 + $30,000 + $31,000 = a grand total of $196,000. Do you think that’s enough for a down payment? I kinda think so! Yeehaw!
I’ve had this picture of a mansion, waiting patiently to jump out of my computer and into our lives. How’s this look?

Seeing as our big back yard is now a motocross track, and we already own a Bobcat, it’s time to create the front yard we’ve always dreamed of. I was thinking that we’d like the front yard to be beach front. So then I found this beautiful pic. Man this is so inspiring and fun. And this, looks stunning to me.
Next thing I did is google $25,000 home improvements. I found a site that was conducting a poll entitled, How Would You Spend $25,000 on Your Home? Here’s a list of the options:
Add Sustainable Living Elements
Landscape (add a waterfall)
Add/Remodel a Bathroom
All new Flooring/Carpeting
New Kitchen Remodel
Replace Windows or Siding
Inground Pool
New Interior Design
Home Entertainment Center
Add a Room/Deck
Yeah baby, here’s the new waterfall. Spectacular!

BINGO like magic, pretty much everything that I could think of and more, was in my imagination on a website called Improve Your Home and Garden. Can’t hurt to check them out, their website is filled with great ideas.

Keep posting! I love the insight when I’m feeling stuck on spending all this moolah! Pics are great visuals too! Thanks for mirroring the fun of it!
Just make sure Steve keeps the bulldozer and dirt bikes out of the backyard!
Opps, guess I should learn to read more carefully! Already got the motocross track!
I love this! You’ve put some serious effort into this! Really excited about what you are doing!
Great work!
As I Prosper.com is a wonderful Prosperity Game site. Excellent work building the site/blog and I wish you all you dream of. Thank you so much for leaving the comment. I love what you’re doing. Right now, I can’t get back on the Prosperity Game train until Sue and I have a few more things nailed down. I’d love it if this game was taught to high school kids. It’s been a wonderful experience for me, and of course I got to meet you too! Thanks for stopping by.
